| What really worries me about this match is how Djokovic openly tells in interviews how tired he is, that he had some breathing problems and all that stuff. Well today he will better find some energy, because he have to win this match if he wants to stay in the game of defending last year Finals crown. I don't have opinion yet about Soderling match and I will wait till this match result, but as they play first Djokovic can't calculate anything, he just have to win and most preferably in straight sets. Luckily he is facing Nadal, who I'm sorry to say so is really weak, against Davydenko I felt sorry for Spaniard. He lost nerves, he don't pull out counter punches from nowhere on important points, his serve is far away too slow to secure his service games and in general Nadal have to regroup his game, already lost 2 matches, without even winning a set, he is out of competition and seems fighting with his own obstacles rather than with opponents. He is still quite skillful in exchanges but something is leaking in his game and if Djokovic will bomb hard and punish his serve I think story will go on once again and Djokovic will win in straight sets, like he did twice this year, with total domination of Spaniard. Nadal wasn't even close to Nole in those matches and as I saw him here I don't think he will be close in London. It's mostly on Djokovic racket, hopefully my doubts about his physical conditions are just big balloon pumped by interviews. Besides people say Djokovic wasn't able to fight Soderling because of physical problems, I saw it and in my opinion after losing a tie-break Djokovic didn't even try to fight Soderling, he just give up. Nadal is worse than Soderling on fast surfaces right now and I hope Djokovic will find strength and motivation for this match to advance into semi's. | |
