Maccabi Tel Aviv [-17.5] vs. BC Habikaa - Preview

A match from the Israeli basketball league between Maccabi Tel Aviv and BC Habikaa.

 

This is the first match from the playoffs between these both teams, and Maccabi is of course coming as the big favourite here. Maccabi played twice this week, on the Adriatic league, winning both the semi final and the final very impressively, and rather, very easy. Maccabi played really well, made great defence stops, and also a lot of great baskets from great team work, and played really fast, a lot of fast breaks, and showed that they are a team from the top of the european teams. Habikaa finished 8th on the regular season, and that is why they meet Maccabi, they know it will be really difficult for them to win any match against Maccabi, especially away, more over, a big star of them got injured before the playoffs, and will miss the matches, and Maccabi has a really huge advantage right now, will want to open the playoffs with a big win, to show that they will give no chance to Habikaa to get anything from the playoffs, and another big win is expected for Maccabi.
